In-store Shopping: Available Monday to Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm.

Curb-side Pickup: Available Monday to Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm.

Local Delivery: FREE same day or next day delivery within 25km of our location on Skycon's truck. Minimum order $300 before tax.

Parcel Shipping: FREE standard shipping within Canada on online orders over $125 before tax. Excludes heavy/bulky items (e.g. boxes of clay, 5 gallon silicone kits), hazardous goods, and delivery to remote areas.

Important Shipping Info: All transit times noted at checkout are estimated and are listed in business days (Monday to Friday). If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday it will ship on the next business day. If you have time-sensitive needs or urgent deadlines please contact us directly at info@skycon.ca or 416-745-0604 so that we can do our best to ensure your order arrives on time.

Shipping Companies: Orders may ship with a variety of couriers (Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, Canpar, etc.). If you have a specific courier request please contact us directly at info@skycon.ca or 416-745-0604

USA/International Shipping Info:

Please note that all USA and international orders placed on our website will be shipped with Canada Post and will be delivered in the destination country by your national postal agency. Please contact us directly at info@skycon.ca or 416-745-0604 if you would like to explore other options with FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.
Some of the lowest cost shipping options listed (International Parcel Surface, Small Packet Air, etc.) do not offer tracking and can take multiple days or weeks to arrive depending on your country. Please keep in mind once the order is shipped with one of these options we cannot track it.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be required to pay taxes and any applicable duties to your postal agency either prior to or upon delivery. Skycon does not control the cost of these taxes and duties - they are collected by your postal agency/government.
